Construction Services

As of 2021, we started adding on construction services to our list of provided services. In 2024, I, Lucas Broz, the owner, obtained my Residential Building Contractor license. My customers actually are what pushed me in this direction. I had heard countless times how hard it is to find a reliable contractor, so I decided to step up to the plate. Now you can get great quality, service, and reliability throughout every step of your project with Broz Construction.

Broz Construction is an assumed name for Broz Timber & Excavating LLC.

Designing

For new structures, some customers have already picked a floor plan that works for them. If you don't have anything nailed down, we can design something that suits your needs and your budget.

Framing

We have experience on large and small structures.

Custom Cabinets

Our custom cabinets our overbuilt to withstand the test of time. We design and build them in house.

Flooring & Trim

In this particular basement, we installed vinyl plank flooring. We also can install laminate, hardwood or tile flooring.

Siding, Doors & Windows

We do steel siding, lp (pictured), wood/log siding, and vinyl. Windows and doors we try stick with Andersen or Marvin.

Remodeling

If you have a basement, kitchen or bathroom you'd like to spruce up, we can help you with that too! We also do complete additions.
